Meet Haley Hartman: June Employee of the Month

We are happy to announce Haley Hartman as our June Employee of the Month! Haley currently serves as a Lead Infant Teacher at our McCandless location. After stepping into the lead role earlier this year, she quickly demonstrated an exceptional ability to guide both her classroom and team with confidence, professionalism, and care. Her positive impact was immediately recognized by both families and fellow team members alike.

In a classroom environment that requires constant attention to detail and individualized care, Haley has created a nurturing and engaging space where children can thrive. She skillfully manages the varying schedules and needs of the children while maintaining a classroom rich in curriculum and meaningful learning experiences.

Haley is also known for the strong relationships she builds with families. Through thoughtful communication and daily interactions, she helps create a sense of comfort and trust for parents and caregivers. Her collaborative approach extends to her fellow team members as well, as she consistently supports new teachers by welcoming them into her classroom, sharing guidance, and helping set them up for success.

Whether participating in prospective family tours, interview visits, or new parent meetings, Haley brings warmth and enthusiasm to every interaction. Her classroom is often highlighted as an example of the caring and engaging environment that defines our infant program.

Beyond her own classroom, Haley has continuously demonstrated a willingness to support the broader Doodle Bugs! community. She has assisted classrooms across multiple locations whenever needed and is recognized for her flexibility, teamwork, and dedication to helping others.
