Meet Emily Mageary: May Employee of the Month

We’re happy to recognize Emily Mageary as our May Employee of the Month! Emily consistently demonstrates reliability, positivity, and a strong commitment to excellence in her role at the Greece location.

Emily seamlessly took on significant additional responsibilities while a Director Assistant was out on maternity leave, stepping out of her classroom to support the overall operations of the center. She opens the center each day, manages teacher call-ins with efficiency and composure, and ensures staffing challenges are handled proactively and effectively.

Beyond operations, Emily provides exceptional customer service to our families, building strong, positive relationships and representing the center with professionalism. She is always willing to step in wherever needed—covering breaks, supporting the kitchen, and helping ensure each day runs smoothly.

Emily truly goes above and beyond in every aspect of her role. Her ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude and high standards makes her an invaluable asset to the team.
