Meet Brianna Beane: July Employee of the Month

We’re excited to recognize Brianna Beane as our July Employee of the Month! Bri consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to her role as a lead teacher and backup closer—balancing both responsibilities with flexibility and reliability.

She is actively engaged with the children in her care, creating a classroom environment filled with fun, purposeful activities. She consistently implements curriculum with intention and provides valuable training and support to new teachers. Bri approaches challenging behaviors as opportunities for growth, using calm and thoughtful guidance to support each child’s development.

Bri is a dependable team member who is always willing to support her colleagues and communicates effectively with families. Her kind-hearted interactions with parents are timely, respectful, and focused on building positive partnerships. Congratulations, Bri!
