Meet Alexandria Wilson: April Employee of the Month

We’re excited to recognize Alexandria (Xan) Wilson as our April Employee of the Month! Xan exemplifies a “can-do” attitude—always willing to learn, step in where needed, and do whatever it takes to support the center’s success, all while maintaining a positive outlook. When the center needed additional support, Xan stepped up in a tremendous way, helping ensure it continued to operate at the highest standards for the children and families we serve.

She worked diligently to take on new responsibilities and embraced the training required to confidently help run the center. Even on challenging days, Xan maintained her positive attitude and consistently asked thoughtful questions to ensure she was making the best decisions and completing tasks correctly.

Xan has demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism, work ethic, and determination. We are incredibly fortunate to have her as part of the team at our Lakewood Ranch center.
