Doodle Bugs! Team Tuesday: Issue 246

In this week’s edition of Team Tuesday, we’re highlighting our tremendous Director Assistants! These ladies continuously make a conscious effort to strengthen the work culture and ensure a consistently great experience for the children and families we serve. They work tirelessly to always exemplify the Doodle Bugs! Way in everything they do.

Back in October we introduced our #BestDayEver campaign, an initiative to show appreciation for our tremendous faculty.

“As part of our continued efforts to build a community of happy children, happy parents, and happy teachers, we have really focused our efforts on improving the experience that our employees have with us. The Best Day Ever campaign is just one example, but I am so happy with its results” said Anthony Insinna, President and CEO for Doodle Bugs!

Last week, the campaign continued as we surprised our Director Assistants with an afternoon of pampering! They were treated to a luncheon, pedicures and manicures at the spa, refreshments and fancy desserts.

 

Thank you, Director Assistants, your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed. Doodle Bugs! is better because you CARE!
